I’m Diana Dunigan a therapist licensed as an LPC in the state of Texas.

Who do I work with?

Are you feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward? Have you recently gone through a big life change? Maybe you’ve been abused in the past or you just got out of an abusive relationship. Do you feel like life is a slog? Do you feel alone? Does everything just feel hard and you don’t know why? Therapy can help.

If you are looking to make a change or looking for direction that you never had or that you lost, therapy is for you. Therapy can help you begin the process of emotional (and spiritual) healing, as well as help build self-confidence, an improved sense of self, and tools to help you get through difficult times.

Therapy is a journey that requires dedication and a desire to change.

If you are ready to embark on that journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to counseling

My background as a therapist encompasses a variety of different experiences: expressive arts therapy, group therapy in a variety of locations, counseling from a Christian perspective, group therapy in a variety of healthcare settings, and individual sessions with clients. One thing I have learned throughout these experiences is that the relationship between the therapist and client is one of the most important parts of therapy. Because of this, I focus on building a good relationship with my clients and working collaboratively with them to help them reach their goals and make steps toward changing aspects of themselves and their lives that they want to look different.

I work with clients living in the state of Texas via online sessions using a secure HIPAA compliant telehealth website called doxy.me
You will be provided the link to the waiting room prior to our first meeting.
